HOW TO USE

Everything you need in your Herby Box. Including tea bags and the herbs in prepared doses. To use the herby box, just measure out the herbs into the tea bag and add water, sit back and enjoy. The powered herbal blend can be used in smoothies, juices, water, teas, coffees or just in water. There's enough for up to 5 servings

STEP 1:Add one herby bottle to one of the tea bags included in your Herby Box. Add tea bag to your favourite mug.

STEP 2: Boil water in a teapot or electric tea kettle, pour water over the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes.

STEP 3: Enjoy as is, or you can add lime, honey or agave syrup to taste.

** To use the powered herb bottle simply put a teaspoon into your smoothie, juice, or water.
