Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from your order date, however it may be longer at busy periods. 

You will be notified with tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Price

• Standard tracked postage & packaging (2-3 days) within the U.K. for subscribers is FREE.
• For non-subscribers, the price is £3.49 for standard tracked and £6.49 for next day express delivery.
• The price for international shipping will be displayed on checkout. 

Returns Policy 

• If you’re not satisfied with your Herby Box products, we’d love to hear from you on hello@herbybox.com.
• You may return your products for a full refund of the sale price within 28 days of your order. Please email us for the return address. 
• All returns must have a tracking label - please let us know the tracking number, so that we can locate the item in case it goes missing.
